This Privacy Policy explains how FSI DEVELOPMENT processes the data required to operate the ULTIM IPTV application, its web portal and associated services.
ULTIM IPTV is a media player only
FSI DEVELOPMENT does not provide, sell, host, distribute or list any television channels, IPTV playlists, IPTV subscriptions or audiovisual content. M3U and Xtream Codes sources are voluntarily provided by the user, who remains responsible for their origin and for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use them.
How we process your data
Data controller
The ULTIM IPTV service is operated by FSI DEVELOPMENT, France. For any question regarding your personal data, you can contact us at support@ultimtv.com.
Data we process
As part of operating the service, we may process certain technical and functional data, including device identifiers, activation information, license or trial information, and the information required to establish a connection between your television and the ULTIM IPTV web portal. When the local weather feature is enabled, the device IP address may also be used to estimate an approximate geographic location, such as the city or region. ULTIM IPTV does not use the device’s precise GPS location for this feature.
IPTV sources configured by the user
When configuring an IPTV source, you may provide an M3U URL or Xtream Codes parameters including a server address, username and password. This information is processed only to enable the configuration, synchronization and use of the source selected by the user. For security purposes, the Xtream password is no longer displayed in the interface after it has been saved.
Purposes of processing
Data is used to activate your device, manage your trial or license, synchronize IPTV sources between the portal and the application, provide access to player features, maintain service security, prevent abuse and process support requests. When local weather is enabled, the approximate location derived from the IP address is used only to display weather information corresponding approximately to the user’s geographic area. This feature can be disabled from the application settings.
Payments
When a payment is made through the ULTIM IPTV website, payment transactions may be processed by a specialized payment provider such as Stripe. FSI DEVELOPMENT does not store your complete payment card details. The payment provider may process the information required for the transaction in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Sharing and recipients
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by technical service providers required to operate the service, including hosting, infrastructure, payment providers or technical services used to provide local weather information. When this feature is enabled, the IP address may be transmitted to the service used to approximately determine the city or region and retrieve the corresponding weather information. IPTV connection information may also be used to communicate with the server specified by the user in order to access the configured source.
Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the service and manage the relationship with the user, and is then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Certain information may be retained for a longer period where required for legal, accounting, tax, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
FSI DEVELOPMENT implements technical and organizational measures intended to limit unauthorized access to data and protect the operation of the service. Users remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any IPTV credentials and sources they choose to configure.
Your rights and deletion of your data
Depending on the applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and exercise other rights granted by applicable law.

Please include information that allows us to identify the relevant device or license. We may request reasonable verification to ensure that the request relates to your data.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations, prevent fraud, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable regulations or our practices. The version published on the ULTIM IPTV website is the version currently in force.
