Independent media player
ULTIM IPTV is an independent media player designed to play sources configured by the user.
Your own sources
Users provide their own M3U or Xtream Codes sources. No IPTV subscription or playlist is included with ULTIM IPTV.
Legal use
Users must have the necessary rights and authorizations to access the content they configure and watch.
Applicable terms
Purpose of the service
ULTIM IPTV, operated by FSI DEVELOPMENT, is solely a media player allowing users to connect and play their own sources. FSI DEVELOPMENT does not provide, sell, host or distribute any television channel, IPTV playlist, IPTV subscription or audiovisual content.
Sources and user responsibility
Users may configure M3U or Xtream Codes sources. Users warrant that they are authorized to use the sources and content they add to ULTIM IPTV. FSI DEVELOPMENT is not responsible for the origin, availability, quality, legality or content of third-party services configured by users.
Trial, license and payment
ULTIM IPTV may offer a free trial before the purchase of a license. The characteristics, duration, price and conditions applicable to the license are displayed before the user confirms the purchase. Payments made through the website may be processed by a payment provider such as Stripe. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, its exercise or any applicable loss of that right is governed by applicable law.
Availability and operation
FSI DEVELOPMENT uses reasonable efforts to maintain the operation of ULTIM IPTV but does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability. The availability of channels, movies, series, streams, servers, EPG data or other content depends exclusively on the third-party sources configured by the user.
Liability, data and governing law
Users are responsible for their use of the service and the sources they configure. Data required to operate ULTIM IPTV is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted to them under applicable law.
